Jose was pleasant, neat, and courteous. We appreciate him putting on shoe covers before stepping into the house. Our AC unit is only a year old, so my husband and I were surprised to find it not working when we turned it on for the first time since last summer. Jose ran some tests and was able to pinpoint a broken fan motor. Luckily their office had a replacement part we we were able to get it fixed same day. He even hosed down the AC coils before closing everything back up.
