Furnace comes with 10 year parts warranty from the manufacturer. Janses gives courtesy one year free labor with new equipment. You can purchase additional labor warranty separately.
Found a burnt out ecm motor unit had water on control board and the transformer which may be damaged as well based on cost of repairs and the age of the system recommend replacement customer agreed and will contact Greg to confirm installation of equipment and to schedule collected service call fee at this time and made a qoute for repairs.
Adjusted blower profile at customer request as ray had changed it on last visit cycled furnace replaced air filter with one supplied by the customer tested and inspected all electrical components and controls cleaned flame sensor performed combustion analysis all operations are normal at this time.
Found unit with a bad low heat pressure switch, removed and replaced with a new pressure switch, cycled unit,all operations ok at this time
