Found a Goodman furnace not igniting. Customer had already changed hot suface igniter. Found furnace flashlight by a code for open pressure switch. Checked pressure switch. Blew in it and made sure it was working. Advised customers the board may be going out based on system in heating mode. All operations correct at this time.
Customer stated last night heat cut off and did not come back on this morning, stated that unit has ran normally since 6 am, arrived around 230 tested and inspected controls found dirty flame sensor and cleaned informed customer to call us if there are issues and the furnace is down as it is hard to determine what took place if unit is running normally. Customer stated he recently had a cnc however this was performed by a differant company.
Found rooftop unit to have a bad control board, flame sensor and spark igniter, removed and replaced all bad parts, cycled unit, all operations ok at this time.
Performed clean and check on carrier gas furnace, replaced filter supplied by the customer cleaned flame sensor and condensate trap tested and inspected all electrical components and controls all operations are normal at this time. Customer was not home at time of service. They owe for the maintenance check.
Performed winter maintenance, cycled all equipment, ran all tests needed, tested all safety devices, changed humidifier pad, changed air filter, renewed maintenance agreement, found unit to be working within specifications, all operations ok at this time.
Performed clean and check on 2 Tempstar furnaces and 1 General Aire humidifier. Found condensate drain clogged on the basement unit. Unclogeed it and found where a piece of the condensate tubing on the trap had been leaking causing rust in the middle part of the furnace cabinet. In the attic I noticed the gas vavle not firing. Checked for 24 V had nothing. Tapped on the gas valve and now all operations of both furnaces are correct. I advised customer to keep an eye on the attic unit. Customer is signing up for club membership.
Customer stated that on Sunday tenants called with no heat upon their arrival this morning the boiler was operating, changed set back temp also raised temp at which boiler will come on after satisfied. Allowed time for the boiler to start and shut down normally walked customer through reading the gauge to determine if they have an issue or if the boiler is satisfied with water temp. Unit set to come on when water temp is below 150 and off at 180. No issues found at this time. T775P SERIES 2000 HONEYWELL CONTROLER. Treated as call back since I was here last Friday for a dirty flame sensor.
Replace flow switch and P/T gauge on water heater and work on air curtain and found unit with a bad contactor replaced contactor cycled unit all operations are ok

Customer canceled in route
Working on a Trane furnace customers said flame was going out when the blower came on. I took the flame sensor out cleaned it off and the system fired up. System operations are correct at this time.
Upon arrival customer had water leaking from her humidifier drain. I found a 90 that wasn't glued ND reglued it. I also advised customer that the way the drain is ran they might be better off with a condensate pump. Checked outdoor sensor. System operations are correct at this time.
Found old furnace from 1987 going out on limit but working properly Existing furnace is 17wide 46 tall 28 deep Keep existing Aprilaire Fil 213 70 ft 2" PVC.
Found boiler in an ignition lockout tested flame sensor which was weak cleaned sensor and retested with normal results cycled boiler cycled gas five times with no other issues. Informed customer of my findings also gathered unit info if this occurs again and flame sensor needs to be replaced will need to have factory part as universal sensor will not work on this equipment.
Performed clean and check on 1 Carrier gas furnace and looked at 1 Carrier old gas furnace which will get replaced. Performed combustion analysis test, checked temperature ruse, checked blower motor amp draw and blower motor capacitor, checked all safety components. All operations correct at this time.
