Found clogged drain line and cleared billed as warranty.
Performed clean and check on ac system checked filter checked temp drop closed humidifier damper and set supply dampers for summer operation. Tested and inspected all electrical components and controls rinsed and cleaned ac coil all operations are normal at this time.
Found blower motor burnt out causing the system to over heat and shut down this is also the smell the customer is experiencing. Attempted to install a universal blower motor but due to the size of motor and the wiring found this to not be possible ordering new motor and will contact customer with available time. Ordered new motor and installed however this motor failed ray returned and installed new motor all operations are normal at this time.
Performed winter maintenance, cycled all equipment, ran all tests needed, changed oil filter and nozzle, changed humidifier pad that the customer supplied, found unit to be working within specification, all operations ok at this time.
Performed routine spring maintenance on Carrier Heat Pump System. Found unit low on charge, liquid line is leaking near at TXV. Repaired leak under workmanship warranty. Charged unit back to factory specs. Everything is operational at this time.
Performed clean and check on oil furnace/ heat pump replaced nozzle and filter and confirmed that all operations are normal.
