Found blower motor failing after 30 minutes of operation due to bad bearings ordered new blower motor. Returned next day and installed new blower motor cycled system and confirmed proper operation.
Customer stated that drain line was leaking. Found clogged drain line upon arrival. Cleared drain line. Cycled system in cool and everything is in working operations right now.
performed a clean and check on air conditioning unit. Conducted a temp drop tested all electrical components including contactor and capacitor. Capacitor was a older and rusted but customer will wait to replace. Checked the charge on the unit and cleaned the coil. Cycled system in cool and everything is in working operations right now. Also performed a clean and check on gas furnace. Conducted a temp rise. Performed a combustion analysis. Tested and checked all electrical components and safety devices. Checked the blower assembly for loose bearings and cleaned the flame sensor. Cycled system in heat and everything is in working operations right now.
Found ac unit low on charge also noted during operation compresspr valves are beginning to fail given the age condition and cost of repair i reccomemd a complete system replacment customer may also be interested in a water heater replacement as well.
Customer stated that they had no heat, cycled syste upon arrival and noticed water in the inducer. Clear the water out, cyed system in heat and everything is in working operation right now
Customer stated that furnace would start and then immediately shut off. Was able to recreate the issue and found code E6 Low Flame Sense. Replaced flame sensor with OEM part under warranty. Cycled system in heat. Everything is operating normally at this time.
Arrived and inspected thermostat and wiring from the thermostat to the control board on the furnace found wiring was correct noted blown 24v fuse and replaced applied power and cycled furnace all operations are normal at this time.
Found unit frozen customer will shut off tonight rescheduled for Wednesday between 12-2 returned cleaned condensor coil charge charge which was slightly low balanced system all operations are normal at this time customer may be interested in a hot water heater replacement.
