Performed clean and check on furnace and ac tested and inspected all electrical components and controls on ac unit checked charge rinsed and cleaned the ac coil confirmed proper operation of the ac. Started and cycled furnace performed a combustion analysis checked inducer assembly which is showing signs of wear and may fail this winter recommended to the customer that they replace the inducer assembly. Checked filter which is clean at the moment but I will deliver one to the customer for replacement as they will be out of town around the time it’s due to be replaced. Returned on 8/28/20 removed gas line blocking inducer assembly removed inducer motor and blade and replaced reassembled gas line checked for leaks and cycled furnace replaced air filter all operations are normal at this time. Removal is of gas line and replacement of inducer assembly
Removed existing condensing unit and coil. Installed new Carrier AC and evaporator coil and disconnect. Repaired existing drain. Cycled system in cooling and delivered new CO detector per Greg. Everything is operating normally at this time. Customer paid by check
Found weak capacitor and replaced cyled ac system all operations are normal at this time.
Customer stated that furnace was not coming on. I cycled system in heat, unit initiated ignition sequence with voltage to ignitor and no ignition. Found no ohm reading on ignitor. Removed and found visible break in ignitor filament. Replaced ignitor with customer consent and cycled system in heat. Everything is operating normally at this time. Customer needs mailed invoice due to internet issues
Found excessive ice buildup on outdoor unit and outdoor fan. Unit was running with stuck fan. I removed ice buildup from fan blades and shroud. Defrosted the outdoor coil and cycled system in heat. Found everything to be operating normally at this time.
Found outdoor coil frozen and outdoor fan not running. Diagnosed weak capacitor and burnt contactor. Indoor blower capacitor also out of range with signs of wear on blower motor bearings. Replaced both capacitors and contactor with customer consent. Defrosted outdoor coil and removed ice from outdoor fan blade. Cycled system in heat. Measured temperature rise, checked filter, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected blower assembly, tested heat strips, tested t-stat operations and found everything operating within specifications at this time. Customer paid by check.
Inspected water heater customer has about half a cup of water per day appearing in the drain pan checked all piping inspected water heater as well as inside the burner compartment but found no rust or leaks noted that there is corrosion on the top and bottom seal of the tank informed customer that although we were not able to find the source of the leak the only possible source of water would be from a leaking tank and is likly a very slow leak the only way to repair this would be to replace the water heater. Put burner assembly back together and relit water heater. Reccomend customer call Russell plumbing for water heater installation.
Performed a clean and check on the gas furnace tested and inspected all electrical components and controls cleaned condensate trap and flame sensor all furnace operations are normal at this time noted that humidifier was not added to the contract which I added. Serviced humidifier replaced pad opened dampers and confirmed proper operation all operations are normal at this time.
Performed clean and check on gas furnace and humidifier. Conducted combustion analysis, measured temperature rise, tested all electrical components, inspected gas supply, burner, inducer and blower assemblies. Cleaned flame sensor, changed humidifier pad and filter. Changed t-stat batteries that customer provided. Tested t-stat operations. Checked drains and cycled system in heat. Inducer motor has a vibration at mounting bracket but is otherwise operating normally. Found everything else to be operating correctly at this time. Discussed findings with customer and collected payment for past due 2018 cm.

Bad fan motor in sunroom unit quoted customer for new one customer is going thru home warranty
Found unit with bad 30amp fuse. Replaced fuse with new one unit working within specifications all operations ok at this time.
Preformed summer maintenance checked all safety devices changed filter system working with in specification at this time
