The guy who came out was super nice. Very informative. Ordered the parts we needed, came back out when the parts were in and fixed our A/C. Perfect service, couldn’t have ask for better.

Found thermostat screen would freeze unless activated by touch causing system to not function normally contacted carrier and ordered new infinity touch thermostat customer has a parts warranty will reschedule once part arrives. Returned on 9/30/20 and replaced thermostat under part warranty tested thermostat operation and performed clean and check on gas furnace
Customer stated that AC had been vibrating house wall (above foundation posts) very loudly. I cycled system in cooling several times, condenser fan blade slightly out of balance but not enough to effect operations. No signs of obstruction inside outdoor unit. Unable to recreate the issue at this time. Advised customer to contact us if the issue persists. Performed clean and check on gas furnace, cycled system in heat, conducted combustion analysis, measured temperature rise, tested and inspected all electrical components and blower motor assembly, inspected burner tubes, cleaned flame sensor, condensate trap and EAC, flushed drain, set humidifier for winter and checked water panel which does not need changed at this time. Everything is operating within specifications.

Customer stated that he had no cooling. Found and replaced a weak capacitor. Cycled system in cool and everything is in working operations right now.
Customer stated that LCD screen display was not working and water was leaking inside pool heat pump. Found broken barb fitting at temperature sensor feed tube. Replaced fitting and filled system. Found loose connection on control board for LCD display. Corrected issue and cycled system. Everything is operating normally at this time.
10 year extended labor warranty.
Customer stated that AC has needed charged every summer for the past few years. Trying to get one more summer out of AC system and requested refrigerant balance. Found low charge and balanced accordingly. Measured superheat and delta-T. Everything is operating normally at this time. Customer may be interested in estimate in the fall.
Performed a clean and check on air conditioning unit, conducted a temp drop. Tested all electrical components including contactor and capacitor which capacitor was older but still testing good. Cleaned coil, cycled system in cool and everything is in working operations right now
Found power cord was completely burnt out due to lightning striking customers home and must be replaced by exact part inspected other components and found no visible signs of damage nor any shorts to ground contacted carrier and Nate to track down part system is unplugged at this time. Returned with power cord and installed tested all operations and controls in heating all operations are normal at this time.
Customer stated that AC was not cooling properly. Found system low on charge. Was unable to find a leak, although due to rust buildup on evaporater coil I advised customer that a potential microleak may exist. Discussed options with customer. As per customer, I added stop leak and balanced refrigerant. Cycled system in cooling. Everything is operating normally at this time. Customer is aware of no guarantee on stop leak. Advised customer that we will need to do a more thorough leak check if issue persists. I applied customer coupon for repair.
Found split capacitor weak on fan side causing the fan to run at a very low rpm replaced capacitor performed cnc on the ac system replaced filter supplied by customer checked charge tested and inspected all electrical components and controls brushed dirt and debris out of the coil. Customer stated that unit was not working. I found voltage supplied to thermostat with no display on thermostat screen. I replaced thermostat with T6 Pro Non-Wifi. Cycled system in heat and emergency heat. Everything is operating normally at this time.
Performed clean and check on gas furnace tested and inspected all electrical components and controls rinsed and cleaned condensate trap cleaned flame sensor performed combustion analysis found weak blower capacitor which I replaced inspected system to add a humidfier however due to the location of the furnace and existing duct work there is not enough room to install a humidifier all operations are normal at this time.
Performed clean and check on electric air handler, heat pump and humidifier. Measured temperature rise, tested all electrical components, inspected blower assembly, checked filter and changed humidifier pad. Checked refrigerant pressures, subcooling, and tested defrost cycle. Cycled system in heat and emergency heat. Found damaged saddle valve supplying humidifier. Replaced valve and ensured everything is operating within specifications at this time.
Performed clean and check on gas furnace tested and inspected all electrical components and controls rinsed and cleaned condensate trap cleaned flame sensor performed combustion analysis all operations are normal at this time. Added humidifier to contract serviced humidifier and replaced humidifier pad all operations are normal at this time.
