We had the unpleasant experience of the furnace going out Christmas Morning. The home warranty company was notified and by early the next day JE Johnson was out. Bad news the furnace was toast, even worse it was -5 outside and it was expected to get even colder. JE Johnson worked hard and pushed my home warranty company to rush the new furnace to us. Although it took a little longer than we wanted considering the temperatures JE was always there letting us know what was going on with the new furnace delivery status and the pushed my home warranty company daily to expedite the repair. Once the new furnace arrived they were at my house bright and early to get the furnace installed.
