Justin was bang on time today and was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He spent well over an hour at our home inspecting our very old furnace and making sure he was satisfied that it would be in working condition for the upcoming winter. I also learned more today than I ever knew about furnaces or air movement in general. Fantastic experience all the way around!
