Graham did a great job. Very professional and went over everything in regard to the service call and reviewed any problems he saw. I appreciated the call letting me know the approximate time Graham would arrive (and that was exactly when he arrived) and the follow up call after Graham left to make sure everything went well. Recommendation. My husband is a Vietnam veteran and it would be nice if Kelly would considered offering a military discount.
