Kevin A from Jerry Kelly came out because our heat stopped working. Kevin adjusted the Flame Proving Electrode and cleaned off the carbon. Kevin was very knowledgeable and explained what had happened and why. Kevin did an excellent job. I've always trusted Jerry Kelly and hope they send Kevin out again the next time we need him.
