Mr Maxwell returned my call at 1:00 AM on a Friday morning and sent a crew to my house like it was nothing and normal. It’s not normal for Blue Ridge to get this type of service. The 5 code violations and my repair are scheduled for 9 AM this morning in just a few hours only because they have to go to Atlanta in the morning to get my parts. Wow!!!

We had the heat go out in our cabin during a winter storm advisory. I called and there was no problem. The tech made it up to and got our system back online. He was worried about the age of the heat pump and gave me a quote on the spot. He even said if the system dies that there would be no charge for the day's service call. These guys are seriously awesome. Scheduling is easy, they keep you informed the whole time. They go out of their way to deliver outstanding service. Their prices are solid and work is great. I am beyond impressed.
