We had the heat go out in our cabin during a winter storm advisory. I called and there was no problem. The tech made it up to and got our system back online. He was worried about the age of the heat pump and gave me a quote on the spot. He even said if the system dies that there would be no charge for the day's service call. These guys are seriously awesome. Scheduling is easy, they keep you informed the whole time. They go out of their way to deliver outstanding service. Their prices are solid and work is great. I am beyond impressed.

Needed service on my 5 year old system for the winter. Found out the hard way who does things right in this town and it’s rhis guy, JF Maxwell. Brought my nearly new system up to code after I got screwed by another local company in Ellijay that Inwas asked not to name in this review and that’s the only reason. Putting carbon monoxide pipe under our bedroom windows was quite shady and I’m glad to find a guy that does things by the book. Thank you guys for a job well done.
