We initially called JF Maxwell a couple of years ago when we began to have problems with an older AC system installed by a a different, and well known, Atlanta area HVAC contractor. Even in in the height of the summer season J F Maxwell would get someone out to look at the problem the same day and, make repairs if possible. When it came time to replace the HVAC system my first call was to JF Maxwell. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do. Work area was spotless when they left. It has been a very long time since I have experienced a contractor that completed what they promised and did the job in a prompt and cheerful manner.

Paying to replace an old heater is never fun but JF Maxwell's estimate could not have been more reasonable. On top of that they showed up promptly for the estimate and the installation, finished the work quickly and did not leave a mess. I won't even think about calling someone else the next time I need HVAC work done.

Called late Monday evening because my renter had just called to tell me the furnace wouldn't come on. They told me they would be out by 10:30 Tuesday morning and they were. Kept me apprised of the situation all day long and new firnace was installed and running before 6:30 pm.
