Called and spoke with Violet. She was polite and took care of my needs in a timely manner. Blake was our technician whom was very knowledgeable. Blake explained everything to us. He went into great detail to make sure we understood what services were needed. He took the time to inform us about the yearly maintenance benefits. Highly recommend this company!

Customer had stated that the blower for the furnace constantly runs even when ac is not running. When I got into attic I found that blower was in fact running even when there is no call but I also found that the draft fan was also randomly turning on and off. After some testing I’ve confirmed that the control board is bad and needs changed out. Office to confirm price of board

When I got to the job I found the filter to be heavily plugged up. The furnace was also not getting any power to the board, after some testing I found the transformer to be burnt out. After changing it everything started up and I ran tests on the system to ensure proper operation

Performed precision tuneup on ac, everything looks good. Customer stated that her uv light wasn’t working. After taking unit apart and testing voltages I found that the transformer suppling power to the unit was not working, I changed it out and tested light and it is working properly now, customer also mentioned that sometime after the winter heating tuneup she had water on her floor from the humidifier. When I took it apart I found the drain to be plugged from the pad having so much junk on it, I took the pad out and washed it and the case it’s kept in was washed as well. Due to the pad having so much junk on it I believe it was not properly checked during her heating tuneup so we will not charge her for cleaning it now

Medium turbo, capacitor. Performed precision AC tuneup upon inspection. I found that the medium turbo dual capacitor was running 15% below factory specifications. I recommended to the customer that I get replaced and she agreed capacitor has been replaced and the system is in good operating condition filter size 20 x 25 x 5. Clean comfort

Pressure relief valve was leaking. We just here recently but when I fixed the leaking pipe on the water heater I did not touch the relief valve and I did not notice it leaking. It’s difficult to tell if it was leaking before or if it was coincidence that it started after I had left from the first repair. Due to the uncertainty of when the leak started I am not charging the customer another service fee but I did charge for the part

A customer needed a new pressure switch and pressure gauge for their well tank. Upon inspection, we found significant rust and corrosion on the piping and tank. We replaced the faulty pressure switch with a Square D 30/50 PSI switch and installed a new pressure gauge.
