Looked at furnace, found hole in heat exchanger. Need to replace furnace.

Installed new flapper and tested for leaks also used food color dye too make sure the flapper is not leaking by checked other potential leak for shower went under crawlspace did not see anything and recommended new faucet for tub because the hot side is not turning the greatest customer does not want to do anything at this time
After inspection of furnace, I found that the draft fan motor is seized up due to rusted metal pieces filling up the housing. We will have to order a new draft fan motor and replace flu piping, the pipe is horribly rusted and corroded and caused the damage
Performed heat tune-up on gas furnace. Verified proper operation. Found burners are getting rusty.
After inspection of water heater, I found that there is damaged wiring on the elements due to the tank previously being left empty but power still on. Customer wants to replace bother elements and thermostats

Today, I replaced a PEX tee, an old shut-off valve, and a reducer coupling under the trailer in Bryan, OH. After completing the work, I conducted a thorough check for leaks and confirmed that there were none. I recommended a full repipe and adding insulation to the piping for better protection. I left the skirting on the left side open, as discussed with the customer, and ensured she was comfortable with it. There were persoAdditionally, the customer requested a copy of the inventory list for today's service.
