I serviced a residential split-system air conditioner today. Cleaned the condenser coils using eco-friendly Nu-Calgon foaming coil cleaner. Replaced the capacitor and contactor on the condensing unit. Evacuated the system with a NAVAC vacuum pump, then recharged with R-410A refrigerant to factory specifications. Unit now operating efficiently.

Found leak on main water line. I utilized ban saw and cut galvanized water line. I then mega pressed 3/4 mega press fitting to a male shark bite coupling. I then plumbed in new water line with PEX to existing line and ensured line was no longer leaking.

Removed all old venting and replaced with metal vent pipe. this will be able to cleaned in the future. After the installation, I did not find any issues with the dryer vent. Dryer vents should be cleaned every 1 to 2 years.

For this job, the customer was having problem with his hot water side, not working on his kitchen sink. So I proceeded to check the cartridge and I was not able to take the cartridge out. So I recommended to the customer having a new kitchen sink and after I show him the estimate, he approved the company installing a new Sink we had at the office. So I Installed a chrome kitchen faucet without spray, including a thorough check of all shutoffs under the sink, as well as connecting water supply lines and drainage. After the installation, I checked the operation of the kitchen sink and did not find any issues with it. The customer is working in normal operation The customer also wanted to renew his maintenance program with us, I had added $279 to the kitchen faucet installation.

Changed out blower motor and tested it. Supply is undersized, customer does not want a price currently to fix it, they will look into fixing it when the system is replaced

I am scheduled to conduct a comprehensive cleaning of both supply and return ductwork systems, encompassing a total of 17 individual duct runs. This service will involve the removal of contaminants and debris to ensure optimal air quality and system efficiency. Additionally, the client has opted to renew their membership, which will continue to provide them with priority service and maintenance benefits. This renewal reaffirms their commitment to maintaining a high standard of environmental health within their facility.

For this job, the customer thought the wire was cut for the AC system. So I proceeded to check the wiring and found them in good shape. I did not see any cut wires so I turn on the AC and found the compressor working, but the fan motor would not come on. I checked the capacitor readings and found them good. I also checked the amperage coming from the condenser fan motor and found I got amperage going to it and out. But the motor would not come on. My recommendation is to replace the fan motor or install a new AC system because this system is 20+ yrs old and the type of Freon is no longer available. I did try to call both customer but they were not available, but the customer‘s mother was there and she had paid the bill. There is no issue with the thermostat wire, but I did find the fan motor is burnt out.

For this job, I remove the old shower head, handle and spout to install the new parts. After the installation, I turned the water back on to check for leaks and I did not find any signs of leakage, including above the shower on the first floor. The shower system is working in normal operation.

For this job, I went to replace the shower valve and head what the customer supplied and the parts he had gotten was the wrong size. And the solenoid valve he already had was broken and would not fit on handle. So with the customers permission, I created an estimate for a new solenoid valve install and he gave the OK to have that replace. Check the operation of the shower I found it working in normal operation. The customer will give us a call if he wants us to replace the plate, handle and shower head. The plate size should be a 2” hole. Service fee has been collected on the last job we was here.

For this job, the customer had a problem with his garbage disposal. When I asked customer, if anything had gotten in there that shouldn’t be, the customer said, there was a metal lid that fell inside. So turning the water on, I flipped the switch to the garbage disposal, and it came on, but ran on high RPMs and was vibrating the sink like it was missing a blade. Unhooking the garbage disposal, I found the blade was missing, and could not be repaired. With the customers permission, I’d created an estimate for a new garbage disposal, and he signed and gave the approval for us to order and replace the part. As of right now, the customer is able to use their sink, but their garbage disposal is no longer working.

For this job, the customer was having problem all their appliance, not draining properly. so I pulled the toilet that was closer to the city. Drain and ran my camera through. After running the camera through, I did not find any blockage. So take my camera. I went through the vent and did find the blockage. I was able to break it through with the camera. After reinstalling the toilet, I checked the operation of all the showers and tub and toilet, and found it draining properly. Customer also had asked if I can fit his kitchen sink. One side of the sink will drain, but the other side would not. So after running the garbage disposal for a minute, I checked the T underneath the sink and found it clogged. After I had cleaned the T out, I ran water through the sink and found it working properly. Also, the customer asked if I can check his water softener and his shower. So I proceed to check the water softener and check the operation of it and found the water softener needs to be replaced
