Caleb the tech was very nice and professional, and on time. He removed his boots at the door without me asking. I also appreciated that he explained things without being condescending. I liked the text beforehand with a picture of the tech to know who to expect. Service fee is very reasonable, and pricing was explained in advance.
tech did not say that the float could not be replaced when I gave him the ok to swap out the part, I was referring to the float. tech also took the old parts without asking.

Found plactic in sewer vent blocking air from leaving. Removed back and bathroom sink was still backing up. Cleaned out drain line from sink and verified proper operation.
Replaced stops and supply lines under kitchen sink.
Install 3\4 HP garbage disposal. Customer requests mailed copy of invoice.
Cleared blockage in toilet with closet auger. Found jetter in toilet isn’t working working which is causing blockages. Recommend new stool. Customer states he wants cheapest one we have. Will follow up for pricing and scheduling. Customer may also purchase his own and have us install it. Follow up needed to verify.

Annual HVAC maintenance performed for residential customer. Cleaned the blower wheel and inspected unit for any other repairs. No repairs needed at this time, system tested well for proper performance.
Clogged drain causing slow water draining and bad smells. Used camera inspection to find the precise location of the clog. Removed the blockage with large machine and again inspected it with the camera to verify that the clog was gone.

In order to update to a 200 amp service northwest electric requires out side panel to be pole by the road and wire trenched in underground so for today I installed a new 100 amp breaker to get customer power and we will have to follow up and see if customer want to move forward on doing the trench and upgrade still Aaron has measurements for trench and wire. Customer does not want to move forward with trenching.
