Very professional, answered my questions, and appropriate price for the work done.
Tyler knew what the problem was immediately. He was very efficient and quickly cleared away all of the drain blockage. Unfortunately he did not have the necessary plastic pipe fittings with him to put the drain line back together. Once he got the unions from the hardware store he quickly had the line completed.

I performed a heat tune-up on a gas furnace in Edon, OH, and found a weak capacitor. To ensure optimal performance, I replaced the weak capacitor with a 7.5mfd turbo capacitor. After completing the replacement, I verified the proper operation of the furnace, ensuring it is running efficiently and ready for the heating season. The system is functioning well with no further issues detected during the tune-up.

For this job, the customer said there furnace would light up, but the blower failed to come on. When arriving there, I turned the furnace on to find the burners lit up, but I checked for voltage going to the blower motor and got good readings, but it would not come on. So after informing the customer, what I found, I recommended replacing the blower motor. Both part and labor is still under warranty. The customer gave me the OK to have that part ordered And I also recommended to the customer getting a maintenance plan with us and they’d sign up for that. The customer does have temporary electric heat And as of right now, the furnace is not in working condition.

For this job, the customer was having problems her toilet and shower not draining properly. Confirming that it was not a vent issue, we pulled the toilet out and ran the camera into the drain and found the blockage. We also noticed the main Drain had fingers inside. Running the drain machine, we was able to break loose the blockage. Setting the toilet back in place we ran the water and did not have any backfill. Also, recommend getting new drain system, the drain is an old galvanized system. Customer want us to give her a quote and give her a call As of right now, we did not find any any other issues with the toilet.
