Very professional, answered my questions, and appropriate price for the work done.
Tyler knew what the problem was immediately. He was very efficient and quickly cleared away all of the drain blockage. Unfortunately he did not have the necessary plastic pipe fittings with him to put the drain line back together. Once he got the unions from the hardware store he quickly had the line completed.

For this job, the customer said there furnace would light up, but the blower failed to come on. When arriving there, I turned the furnace on to find the burners lit up, but I checked for voltage going to the blower motor and got good readings, but it would not come on. So after informing the customer, what I found, I recommended replacing the blower motor. Both part and labor is still under warranty. The customer gave me the OK to have that part ordered And I also recommended to the customer getting a maintenance plan with us and they’d sign up for that. The customer does have temporary electric heat And as of right now, the furnace is not in working condition.

For this job, the customer was having problems her toilet and shower not draining properly. Confirming that it was not a vent issue, we pulled the toilet out and ran the camera into the drain and found the blockage. We also noticed the main Drain had fingers inside. Running the drain machine, we was able to break loose the blockage. Setting the toilet back in place we ran the water and did not have any backfill. Also, recommend getting new drain system, the drain is an old galvanized system. Customer want us to give her a quote and give her a call As of right now, we did not find any any other issues with the toilet.
I traced out circuit in hallway and found that there was A bad outlet that was causing the other four hallway outlets to have issues, I replaced the outlet with one I had on my truck and verified there was power at all five outlets. However, I did notice that all the outlets in series were old and had signs of heat discoloration. I recommended replacing them, and customer is going to replace herself.

For this job, I performed maintenance on the furnace. After checking everything, I did not find any issues with the system. The filter has gotten changed The filter size is 16 x 25 x 5 Goodman I did notice the gasket around the collector box was wearing out and it did show signs of water damage. Showing the customer the pictures that I took, I recommended to them getting a new seal for the collector box With the customers permission, I removed the old seal And replaced it with a high temp sealant. After I reinstalled the collector box and the inducer motor, I checked the operation of the furnace and did not find any issues with the system The system is in normal condition
Ran a dedicated circuit to sump pump, isolated bedroom to its own circuit and repaired a broken waterline under the kitchen sink installed two new stops and supply lines. Ran out of time to trace out power in hallway we need to return to do that.

Found trap to be plugged. Removed trap and cleaned it out then reinstalled so that it can be serviced in the future
