Not sure why so much for shut off valve and alittle bit of pipe but I would still recommend you to others because of the service
Was on time and efficient. Did not have my size filter on the truck so will have to schedule another date to change the filter out.

Replaced blower motor under parts warranty. Labor charged.
Installed 16x20x4.5hw filter rack Insured no air leaks and furnace is working before leaving Customer signed up for gold plan, would like to start with spring ac tuneup when warm enough
Quoted customer for humidifier and a 16x20x5 filter rack. Customer would like to just do filter rack at this time.
Replaced main water shutoff and verified proper operation. Customer approved repairs over phone.
Checked the furnace Found the control board burnt up and damage some surrounding wires Blower assembly and draft assembly are very dirty Water is also leaking in from the outside of the chimney vent may be the roof jack Customer would like quote to repair vs replace I quoted the furnace replacement, office to quote repair options if possible Left the power off to the furnace Owner gave permission over the phone for service fee and labor Not available to sign
Found furnace to have a bad heat exchanger customer is going to get a new one with a duct cleaning
Removed the old magnesium anode rod Replaced the the electronic anode Flushed the water heater Insured no leaks Cleaned the aerators and made sure the water heater and anode are working properly before leaving
Found trap had blockage in it. Cleared blockage and verified proper operation. Furnace gave code 66 after repaired which pointed towards dirty filter. Replaced filter and verified code 66 went away.
Cleared blockage on toilet. Customer wants bathroom exhaust fan replaced and also wants thermostat replaced on around march 20th. Let customer know they should call in just to confirm when it’s getting closer to the appointment date. Customer will also want some lights changed out after this work is done so when we return to do attic fan and thermostat get information for light replacement.
Checked the water heater Pressure is poor coming off the hot side, all cold lines have great pressure No fault codes on the water heater, water heater is most likely restricted from calcium build up, no water softener in line Highly recommend replacing the water heater and doing a yearly flush to insure the longevity of the heater Cut open a hot supply line and made sure no blockages, also tightened a fitting that was leaking Quoted a new tankless water heater, can give 10% discount if paid with cash or card No discount if paid with greensky financial
