Checked amps and voltages to ceiling cable heat. Replaced line voltage thermostat to cable heat. Verified proper operation. 26 amps 241 volts
Estimate is to replace failed control board on furnace.
Performed heat tune-up on geo. Verified proper operation of geo and backup heat. Replaced weak capacitor with new 40mfd turbo capacitor.
Estimate is for installing a wet switch into drain pan to replace the OEM sensor that was removed during previous service call. Estimate reflects labor and material to install.
When I arrived I found the limit switch was tripped in the blower compartment. After some testing the furnace is working as it should. Due to us recently cleaning the blower wheel it is unclear how and when that switch was tripped, whether it was by us or it was previously tripped during last heating cycle, due to that uncertainty we will only be charging a service fee for today
Code from the board says the pressure switch was stuck open. I pulled all hoses for the condensate and both pressure switches apart and cleaned them. I also pulled apart the exhaust venting and ensured there were no blockages. I then started up furnace 5 times and it successfully fan each time. The draft fan motor also pulled in a good vacuum
96% efficient 70,000 btu two stage furnace and 3 stage 16 Seer 3 Ton AC
Found unit low on Freon. Put 1lb of r410a in. Verified proper operation. Unit has 18 degree now 59 and 77 degrees. Was 11 degrees upon arrival.
Thermostat was giving an alarm for condensate overflow. Inspected drain, trap, and condensate pan. All were clean and presented no evidence of an overflow issue. Geo did not give any fault codes indicating that there was a drain issue. Thermostat is giving a false alarm and recommended replacing. Changed thermostat and verified it was working in heating and cooling. Verified that heat strips were energizing. Cleaned overflow sensor in condensate pan.
Got to system and blower was running and outdoor unit was running and at this time could not find issue weather it’s a broad or blower will need to have him call again when issue is happening called for a 21 sh and had a 20 sh filter clean and coils clean
Drain was backed up on geo System and unclogged drain and tested 52° supply and 74° return and filter was clean and also added drain pan treatment for drain clogs in future. Watch unit run for 15 mins and got down 2 degrees in home and also gave estimates on I wave and duct cleaning
