Unit wasn’t running. I found a low voltage wire to be disconnected, when I reconnected it the unit turned on. After I got the unit running the pressures were way too high, the unit was very dirty so washed it. I also found that the blower speeds weren’t properly set following furnace install so I set the correct blower speed for the ac. Filter was also very dirty and needed changed

They are having electrical work done and I found that the way it was hooked into the breaker box temporarily had an improper flow of electricity to the unit causing it to break down and not run. Will need a new unit

Checked unit and found that reversing valve a sticking we exercised the reversing valve and got it free up. We then found that the filter inside the air handler was extremely dirty. We also found that unit was 2 pounds low on 14 we found no signs of leaks. System has never been topped off with Freon before so we are going to watch it and see how it does over the next year or so system is now operating properly.

For this job, the customer had her power turned off because there was a fire that started in her light fixture. And the fire department has said that the customer would need to get an electrician to cap those wire off. So when I arrive, the customer show me where it was, and I took the old light fixtures off and tap those wires. Turning the power back on, I did not find any other issues with her electrical system. The customer did want an estimate or recommendations on her electrical system and would like us to come back.

I just unclogged and repaired a severely blocked kitchen sink drain. Upon arrival, I used a handheld auger to dislodge the clog deep in the drain pipe. When that failed, I deployed a motorized drain snake with a closed-core cable to power through the obstruction. After clearing the stoppage, I inspected the pipes with a borescope camera. Several pipe joints showed cracks, so I replaced those sections with new PVC piping and no-hub couplings. Finally, I snaked the drain again to ensure proper flow before departing.

For this job, the customer was having problems not having AC. I proceeded to check the air conditioning unit and found it has an ambient kit system. I found the compressor was working when I had the system on AC mode. I put my gauges on there to find the AC system low on refrigerant. so I proceeded to check the condenser coil and the evaporator coil with refrigerant leak detector. I was able to find snot and oil residue at the bottom of the evaporator coil in the front. So after talking with Aaron, he wanted me to add Freon and he will call the customer himself about the situation. I was able to add 1 pound and 6 ounces 410 a Freon. And was able to get the customer AC. As of right now, the customer AC is working

For this job, the furnace was giving an error code of 58. Which indicates water circuit open. I pulled the trap apart and done a thorough cleaning on the trap and I also blow through the drain line. I checked the continuity on both water sensors, I found them both working great. There was water on the sensor, and after I drive both of them off and reinstall the trapped, the cycle of the furnace ran normally. I could not find any other issue with the system I checked the level of the furnace and found the furnace level. I would like to see a little fall towards the front. My recommendation is this, If this occur again, I recommend replacing both water sensors and raising the back of the furnace to fall towards the front. As of right now, the furnace is working in normal operation
