I called the office in the morning and JMS arrived after lunch to perform the furnace annual inspection. They also inspected my kitchen faucet and replaced it with the new one I had on hand. They also provided a quote to replace my sump pump ahead of the rainy season. Great service and professional people. Prices were competitive with others.

Lack of follow through

The worker was to email me a billing explaining why I paid $140-a day after coming I still havent received the bill-nor have I received the estimate he promised for other work I want done-very poor service

Searched for leaks on drain for shower. We found 2 leaks on the drain and also found the drain to be plugged. We cut the the pipe out for the shower, fixed the plug and the 2 leaks. Inspected everything to ensure proper operation

Technician attached gauges to AC unit noticed outside condenser was running hot. Technician did a coil cleaning and added half pound of R22

Check geothermal and found that the time delay board was bad. I bypassed it for now to get them up and running, but we need to return with the correct part. I told customer it probably be next week.

One of the plugs for the water safety system was bad. I swapped the plugs and the furnace runs now. Tested furnace several times, it starts up and runs normally

For this job, the customer was having problems with their dishwasher tripping the breaker. When I arrive at the customers house, the breaker was turned off, so I proceeded to checked for voltage when I’d turned the breaker on. I had gotten 125v and 7.5amps. So I had the dishwasher turned on and it ran for about 10 minute. Then it tripped the breaker. I did checked the wiring underneath the dish washer but I didn’t find any wire damage. I did noticed burnt smell coming from the dishwasher. The washer failed to come back on, and I could not keep the breaker on without getting tripped. My recommendations for the customer is to install a new dishwasher. By time they order a new motor for it. It would be the same price of installing a new one. As of right now, the customer does not have a dishwasher. It is condemned. I did charged a diagnostic fee and if they have us to install a new dishwasher, I told the customer it will go towards that bill.

I installed a new Trane XV95 high-efficiency furnace, carefully connecting it to the existing ductwork and gas supply. After securing the unit, I programmed the accompanying Honeywell T6 Pro thermostat for optimal temperature control. Comprehensive testing followed, including a system start-up check, airflow measurement, and combustion analysis, to ensure the furnace operated efficiently and safely within the manufacturer's specifications.

Ran camera down the line we could not go more than 30 feet. I would recommend coming out with a excavator and digging up the pipe at all locations. The camera stops at and find where the line is draining. I will send a quote.

For this job, I removed the old igniter and installed a new part. I also replaced the inducer motor I had broke, trying to fixed the clicking noise. Checking the furnace, I found it working normal operation. I did not find any other issues with this system.

Installed new furnace with new filter rack. New filter size is 16 x 20 x 4 Honeywell. Collected full payment from previous service call and today’s install. Customer does not have email set up through us, she would like a paper invoice in the mail

For this job, because my furnace would not ignite. I proceeded to check the cycle of the furnace and found the igniter would not like the gas, when the gas valve comes on. I checked the continuity on the igniter, and it fell to read. so I recommended to the customer that they would need a new igniter and we would have to get that order. With their permission, I quoted them a new igniter and they signed off on it and want us to order it. As of right now, the customer does not have heat. They just bought the house, so they’re not moved in yet
