I called the office in the morning and JMS arrived after lunch to perform the furnace annual inspection. They also inspected my kitchen faucet and replaced it with the new one I had on hand. They also provided a quote to replace my sump pump ahead of the rainy season. Great service and professional people. Prices were competitive with others.

The worker was to email me a billing explaining why I paid $140-a day after coming I still havent received the bill-nor have I received the estimate he promised for other work I want done-very poor service

Pressure relief valve was leaking. We just here recently but when I fixed the leaking pipe on the water heater I did not touch the relief valve and I did not notice it leaking. It’s difficult to tell if it was leaking before or if it was coincidence that it started after I had left from the first repair. Due to the uncertainty of when the leak started I am not charging the customer another service fee but I did charge for the part
Medium turbo, capacitor. Performed precision AC tuneup unit is an old are 22 system but in decent working condition I did replace the capacitor with a new medium turbo filter size 16 x 20 x 1.
Perform precision AC tuneup. Unit is in good working condition. Very clean filter size his unusual will have to be ordered every time.
There was a fitting on the hot side of the water heater. I cut the fitting out and replaced it with 3 pro press fittings
For this job we installed a new ac. We will have to return to redo ductwork and coil setup
Customer ac was froze up. I found the system is way too big for this house and it is a little low on Freon. Those 2 things combined to assist in freezing up the system. I only changed a service fee for this service due to the sale of new equipment
Cleaned pet hair from blower wheel, washed dirty condenser, and changed outdoor capacitor. AC system is now in working order. Customer would like quote for filter rack. Office to provide price and advise customer.
Found system low on Freon. There is a leak in the system. Office to schedule follow up appointment so we can locate leak and repair it. System under parts warranty but not labor warranty. Customer requests mailed copy of invoice.
Responded to a service call for a package unit allegedly blowing warm air. Upon arrival, performed a comprehensive system diagnostic. Measured supply air temperature at 55°F, indicating proper cooling. Inspected condenser coil, finding it clean and unobstructed. Checked refrigerant pressures: suction at 75 PSI, discharge at 275 PSI, both within normal range. Tested capacitor, confirming 44 μF capacity. Verified thermostat calibration and programmed settings. Educated client on optimal thermostat settings for energy efficiency and advised on importance of regular filter changes and maintaining clear airflow around the outdoor unit.
Found contactor shorted out on low voltage coil. Replaced contactor and 3amp fuse. Verified proper operation of ac.
Replacing failed compressor control and verified proper operation
Searched for leaks on drain for shower. We found 2 leaks on the drain and also found the drain to be plugged. We cut the the pipe out for the shower, fixed the plug and the 2 leaks. Inspected everything to ensure proper operation
Verified ac ok and checked out furnace. Changed ac capacitor with turbo 200. Furnace burners and heat exchanger are very rusty, but operational.
Technician attached gauges to AC unit noticed outside condenser was running hot. Technician did a coil cleaning and added half pound of R22
Check geothermal and found that the time delay board was bad. I bypassed it for now to get them up and running, but we need to return with the correct part. I told customer it probably be next week.
