I would highly recommend JMS/Chris. They were here the next morning and he got my boiler furnace going, he explained what had happened and I need 2 parts that they will order. I also signed up for them to check it out on a yearly basis!! Trying not to be without heat again!!

After inspection of furnace I found the primary issue as to why the furnace is not working is because 2 of the 3 burners will not light, The draft fan motor is working but is very noisy, and the blower wheel desperately needs cleaned. I suggested to customer that we replace the burners and draft fan motor, also we need to clean the blower wheel
Furnace was sending an open pressure switch code, the draft fan motor was also making an awful noise. After inspecting unit I found that there was a bird stuck in the draft fan housing causing a restriction in the exhaust vent. Once I got the bird out the furnace ran just fine
Whole house backing up drain clean after clearing drain recommend dig job and replacing pipe that goes under home too outside it is sagging and pooling water and recommended locating where tree roots are coming from too replace pipe customer does not want to do anything else besides clearing line and watched water flowing for 20 mins too make sure.
Performed ac tune-up. Verified proper operation. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Replace dual capacitor in condenser.
PH2 Investments Upon arrival I found package unit #3 was not running. I found a communication error from the EMS board which was not calling for cool at the unit. I contacted EMS troubleshooting number and was able to have them correct error by logging into the store location. I verified all systems were operating properly before leaving. Worked on water heater installed new water heater that was sold tested for leaks. No leaks. System is running right now seen that there was no chimney liner. Will give customer a quote on a chimney liner that is needed. Estimate provide for chimney liner

Old control gas valve would malfunction every so often, we changed it out and started it up. Control works as normal
