I would highly recommend JMS/Chris. They were here the next morning and he got my boiler furnace going, he explained what had happened and I need 2 parts that they will order. I also signed up for them to check it out on a yearly basis!! Trying not to be without heat again!!

Old control gas valve would malfunction every so often, we changed it out and started it up. Control works as normal
Found no issues with furnace. Cleaned trap and verified proper operation. Issues were likely caused from wind. Need to schedule customers tune up
Ran new drain line to main and verified proper operation of sink.
Quoted customer for replacement of kitchen line.
Found air supply pipe to be broken off humidifier. Took pictures to see if we can order new front cover to properly reattach pipe. Also quoted 2 options for humidifier in case we can’t get cover.
For this job, I performed cleaning the blower on the furnace system. After I reconnected everything, I checked the operation of the furnace. Turning it off and on, I was able to have the furnace running normal. I did not find any other issues with the system Overall rating for the system is great.
Installed garage heater and ensured system was working properly.
Ran large machine through drain and cleared blockage. Did not have camera to confirm condition of pipe. Customer said they are okay for now and will give us a call if they would like us to return to run camera.
Found damper to be bypassed. Inspected unit and found burner rollout to be bad. Bypassed burner rollout to verify operation. Removed temporary bypass From rollout as it is a liability to run unit like that. Customer stated he will purchase his own rollout and install. Advised customer not to bypass rollout as it is a safety hazard.
When arriving at customers house, instead of installing two hose bib, the customer wanted me to change his front hose bib. After installing the hose bib, I checked for leaks and the operation to find it working great. I did not find any leaks. System working properly.
When arriving at the customers house, I pulled the Freon into the air conditioning, then to proceed to fix the kink on the 3/4 line. I use 3/4 and 3/8 coupling. After pulling down the vacuum, I release the charge and turn on the AC to make sure it is working. AC system cooling house down. Working great.
