High voltage power interruption prevented heat pump from cooling. Restored correct power supply to allow York high efficiency money saving heat pump to return to cooling operation and keeping home comfortable
Arrived to complete a dryer vent diagnostic. Found failed lint exhaust removal. Installed all new 4" rigid system with protected hood. Prevented a very hazardous situation and potential loss of home from a fire due to a very restricted system.

Removed broken LP gas furnace and installed a high efficiency YORK 5-stage inverter heat pump system with electric back-up furnace, three water overflow safety devices, and a MERV11 high efficiency air filter cabinet assembly. Data test sheets of the new comfort system were awesome upon completion of the installation.
Removed old heat pump system from attic and installed new heat pump system with auxiliary drain pan to protect sheet rock ceiling, high efficiency merv11 air cleaner assembly, and added a return air to master bedroom to improve airflow and overall system air delivery performance.
