Today we came to the job site for the first time and observed the work area. I then started to mastic all of the boots so we can start installing them tomorrow.

Estimate for replacement heat pump system of failed Amana / Frigidaire system mismatched & inefficient. Interested in reliable, energy efficient comfort.
Removed failing cooling unit and installed a YORK home comfort system, including an energy-efficient blower indoor electric furnace, two-stage heat pump, new drain line with water safety, copper refrigerant line set, reconnected to existing air delivery system and controlled with a programmable digital thermostat. As all of our new equipment installations, homeowner will receive TWO maintenance visits at no charge.
Mitsubishi ductless system repaired & working awesome now
After weekly company training, and vehicle inspection, and next project review, started a new HVAC project. Removed refrigerant from old system, removed from premises, installed and sealed new YORK indoor electric furnace ready for wiring and copper refrigerant line set. The rest of my team set the outdoor unit in place on a new pad.
Installed a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump at a commercial location for a frequently used building entrance area. Outdoor unit mounted above ground on a wall bracket, installed a copper refrigerant line set, new drain line system, all high voltage in conduit, outdoor service disconnect, and a remote control for temperature control.
Today we got the line set made and hung in the closet. We then were able to get all line set connected and ran nitrogen pressure tests. We then vacuumed out the line set with the vacuum pump. We finished all the electrical connections at the outdoor unit and indoors. We fired the unit up and finished the installation process. Unit is running smooth and proper. We finished the day by doing a proper cleaning of the work area.
