On time, cleaned work area as job was completed. Reviewed status of my equipment and reminded me to renew my service contract for the next year!
Mike checked all systems, found and fixed a hazard, showed us how to change the filters (when we get them), and signed us up for the silver-level service club. He was very knowledgeable and professional and stayed until all questions were answered. See you in September!
We lost our heat the Friday before Christmas. We called several service's and either did not receive a call back or was told the mailbox was full so could not even leave a message. We found JN Electrical through a google search and made the call on Monday after Christmas. We received a call back with-in a few hours and by late afternoon they made the service call. The owner's son showed up, diagnosed the problem and after having to go back to his shop, returned with the part and replaced to resume a working unit. Besides doing what they said they would, the service personnel were extremely professional and genuinely nice people. The problem was clearly explained, and we saw the melted part that was replaced. THANK YOU for getting us back our heat at a reasonable cost!
Tech arrived on time, had answers to all questions, performed maintenance quickly and properly.
Mike is so curious and professional he helps us with discounts when he can, if I had your business I would want Mike working for me.
Brandon was very courteous and helpful with the quote process.

Today we assembled the air handler to the return and supply air plenums and got the unit in proper position. We then attached the main return air to the return air plenum and I also started assembling one of the two return air ducts. We got our line set in place and brazed the lines on the condensing unit and the evaporator coil. We then finished the day by inserting the filter and doing a leak check on all the nut fastening points.
