It was refreshing to (a) get a quick estimate for the work and (b) have the (non-emergency) work schdeuled quickly and (c) have good follow up from the person scheduling/coordinating the work. Also, the workers were courteous, and professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. An area for improvement is to provide more detail in the estimate/statement of work, including specifications for major compoents to be installed so that there is clarity of what will/will not be done for the quoted price.
