I was so impressed with Gary and my ODonnell experience. I had an emergency on a Friday afternoon, when most people are gearing up for the weekend. Within a half hour of my call, Gary arrived to service my heater. He had me up and running in no time at all. Start to finish, the whole job was completed—parts included!—in one hour flat. So impressed! Friendly staff, and text messages to keep you posted about appointments and arrival times.
