When most other businesses wouldn’t return our calls during a terrible heat wave, O’Donnell was at our house the same day to help us assess why our A/C wasn’t working. We decided the unit was too old and needed to be replaced. The next business day the crew was at our home working hard in the heat to get us up and running again.
