Thank you for the special time and attention you paid to the problems I've had with my heating/ac system since September 30th, and during its previous problems. I am grateful for the responsive service, but of course wish I could feel more confident about the system itself. Based on it's expensive track record of repairs, I am not happy with the system. I am grateful that at least my monthly bills are quite low with the system. That helps. But the "Average" rating is based on the disappointing experience with this particular system that was installed in 2007.
