Our HVAC system was 20+ years old and on it’s last leg. We decided to be proactive and replace it all before it completely gave out. We called Just Right Heating & Cooling. Jordan, a Comfort Advisor, came to our home a few days after making the call. He measured our square footage, checked the airflow of the current system, and also checked the air quality. He explained the results of the various test he ran and provided four different HVAC options for us. Each recommendation included a total price as well as an itemized list for equipment, labor, etc. Jordan was very responsive with the additional questions we had. We felt good about what was presented. We selected an option and scheduled the installation. Our installation tech, Brandon was great to work with. He kept us informed throughout the process and was very professional. They did a great job with removing the old system and cleaning the area before they installed the new system. Brandon took the time to walk us through the new thermostat and showed us what we needed to know with the new AC and furnace. It’s only been a few days since the new system has been running, but we’re very happy with it. Our house is very comfortable now.
