Darian started on a positive note with his polite call informing on his availability and my options which were to go beyond our scheduled window or reschedule. I opted to open the window and he arrived as promised. He did a thorough job on the inspection and he stayed late to give detailed responses to all my questions about the service and the current state of the AC. He explained the potential issues with our older system and walked me through how heat pumps work and the impact they would have in our home. He's very knowledgeable on the systems, both our current one and the potential upgrade to a heat pump. I've been a customer for about 10 years and have never been disappointed with the personnel or the service. I would give 6 stars if I could and highly recommend them.
