While it didn’t go exactly how we would have wanted the end result worked out. So last July we purchased the top of the line as far as A/C Units/Furnaces go from Just Right …. For the last year it did what I thought was “okay”. This July someone came out for the 1 year check-up and advised us it was never installed correctly. Apparently Stage 2 was never charged with coolant or programmed into our unit. So all summer long the unit struggled to keep us at 74 degrees. The technician didn’t try to his the hide that the mistake had been made and told us he would take care of it. A full day later the unit now runs like a spendy top of the line unit should run. No hard feelings but I wish this could have been installed correctly the first time. I would recommend Just Right to friends and family. Mistakes get made I understand that. What won me over wasn’t the end product it rather the technician admitting they had made a mistake rather than trying to hide it from us. Thanks Zachary, you were awesome! Jason Ashment
