I appreciated the fact that Josh worked to allow the $25.00 off coupon when it was first turned down. I'm mixed on the pricing. I've seen cheaper pricing advertised, but Kappler has always come out when we needed and done an excellent job. So I guess I'm paying a premium for the service, but still wish it wasn't as expensive. But maybe that's just me. I still like them and Josh was excellent when he came out today.
