My first contact to Kappler was on the phone with Kim. She was very friendly and willing to work with my particular issues, both scheduling and price. Her flexibility and willingness to work with me shows that the company trusts her to make exceptions in order to satisfy the customer. She is a wonderful "first contact" and represents Kappler very well. The technician, Josh, was amazing! Rarely do I meet a skilled worker who is as friendly as Josh. His desire to patiently answer my questions and explain the inner workings of my HVAC system was truly exceptional. I was equally impressed with his depth of knowledge and understanding in his field of expertise. He also is a wonderful representative for Kappler and I will continue using your company in the future.

Installers showed up on time and got right to work. They had the new A/C and furnace install in less then a day. They listened to my needs and concerns and meet every one of them. They left the area cleaner then when they arrived. You can buy products from many suppliers but if you don't have good service and installation you will be disappointed. I was not disappointed.
