Her flexibility and willingness to work with me shows that the company trusts her to make exceptions in order to satisfy the customer. She is a wonderful "first contact" and represents Kappler very well. The technician, Josh, was amazing! Rarely do I meet a skilled worker who is as friendly as Josh. His desire to patiently answer my questions and explain the inner workings of my HVAC system was truly exceptional.
