We were very pleased with our technician. He was very knowledgeable and showed us that our filter was too high of a MERV rating and it tripped the switch on the furnace. We did not know there was such a feature.

I understand inflation, but the steadily rising yearly cost for this 25/30 minute service is exorbitant (thank God no boiler parts needed to be replaced this year). Increased charges are quite high; especially for customers on fixed incomes.
