The serviceman arrived early and focused on finding the cause of the problem. He ran some tests and came to a conclusion as to cause and then took action to remedy the problem. He was very professional in his promptness, explanations and handling. The problem seems to be solved.

Wade I was happy you were there to oversee the furnace installation but I was told and it was written on my work order that Wade only was to install my furnace. I was not happy with the A/C install as there were several problems so you can imagine when I saw the same 2 installers I was not thrilled.
