I completed a quote for a half install of a Five Star 13 SEER Air Conditioner System included in the price is a 10 year warranty on parts and 1 Year warranty on labor also included in the price is a 1 year service maintenance agreement
I arrived to do a MISCELLANEOUS install Furnace is a Bryant with 4 wire plug on board. I Had to rewire as regular furnace to install stat. Ran system through both heating and cooling modes prior to departure. System operational upon departure.

I performed a diagnostic for an air conditioner. No cooling upon arrival found capacitor bad. Replaced bad 30/5 capacitor cycled system multiple times. Removed partially plugged air filter. Checked refrigerant pressure the pressures was 75 and 230 superheat of 16 degrees found no issues at this time.
I performed a diagnostic for an air conditioner. Cust said the ac unit is not cooling the home. No cooling traced back to a bad 20 amp fuse in the disconnect. Replaced bad fuse test ran system found compressor is pulling 18 amps. Told customer that he should start budging for a new system. He is gonna see if it makes it through this year and see how long we can make it work. Recommended a less thick air filter and a maintenance at the beginning of summer next year. Also customer is gonna remove the tree growing around the unit and rinse coil out himself after he removes the tree.
