I arrived to a home that was recently serviced. Upon arrival found system not cooling. Turned system on found that the condenser fan motor was not coming on. I checked capacitor found capacitor weak with the fan side pulling 4.2 but upon further inspection found condenser fan wasn’t getting 220 volts due to the common wire being off of the contactor. Wired fan up cycled system multiple times. System came on and off as it should. Told customer capacitor is still weak.
I completed a diagnostic on a Payne AC unit. I found the condenser fan motor failing. I gave the customer options and they decided to replace the unit with us. At the time of departure, the system was operational.
Upon inspection, I found the filter, evaporator coil, and condenser coil plugged. I also found the system was low on R 410 refrigerant. I informed the customer we need to come back out to perform a leak search before adding refrigerant to system and we will clean coils then. Office will schedule a time for us to come out. System is not operational upon departure.
I provided an estimate on a Five Star 80% 90,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 21" and a Five Star 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner to replace the current unit. Will wait to hear from customer on how they want to move forward

Performing our Five Star Tune-Up & Safety Check on a customer's AC unit. Found that the Motor Surge Capacitor needs replaced.
Performing a diagnostic check on a Carrier 14 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump. Checked indoor air filter and indoor coil, both were extremely dirty and completely blocking airflow. Advised customer that before I could set pressures the system would need to be cleaned. Returning tomorrow to clean the coil and set pressure.
