I called Kidder about a problem with my AC unit, they gave me a couple of things to try. I called back with the results, and within a half an hour they were here with the part to fix it. Another half an hour to install it and it's all fixed and working. I was expecting a shock come bill time, but it was crazy inexpensive. I'm thrilled.
