Rob was very informative and explained and showed me how the various parts of the zoned heating work. Thank you, Rob. I do think that your standard dispatch fee should have been included in the cost installing the igniter. Most repair services have a "walk in the door" charge that one pays and that cost is generally absorbed into the labor fee when there is a repair.

Carrier Furnace customer complaint about a burning smell when I got there I found that the drain for the air conditioner was plugged which causes flooding on the top of the furnace and got the filter all wet and the filter was all dirty which was causing the blower motor to overheat and replace filter no more smell
Replaced blower bearings and primary control on an oil furnace
Replaced hot surface ignitor on a no heat
Did furnace tune-up on a Bryant furnace to make sure that the equipment is running efficiently for the heating season
