There is always anxiety when there might be issues with a furnace, both in terms of furnace failure and cost. Christopher was very thorough and efficient in examining the problem, looking for causes, resolving the issues and giving a full explanation of the problem and his solution. In addition,there was a convenient call before arrival. And the cost was very reasonable. All-in-all a very positive experience that had potential to be "not so much". Christopher is a great representative for Kidder's.
