We were called out to the house to complete oour red carpet maintenance. On this visit I found know issue with the unit. The filter needs to replace as soon as possible. Although I find know issues to I do recommend replacing the filter once a month because you have pets. Thanks for choosing king's electric and air conditioning for your service needs. If you have any questions or concerns please call to speak with your service technician Ralphie.
We completed our red carpet visit for the summer. During my evaluation I believe the thermal expansion valve needs to be replaced
We were called out to the house because the AC unit is not cooling. During my evaluation I determined we need to replace the capacitor.
We are installing two customer supplied chandeliers. One of the chandeliers is being installed over the dining room table (10' ceiling) and the other one is in the foyer approximately 19' above the floor. The foyer fixture will need a reinforced box and we will need to use a "man lift" to reach the ceiling.

We need to replace outside light fixture
We had to replace the receptacle in the kitchen because of a faulty air fryer. During my evaluation if that the microwave is on the same circuit. I'm recommending a dedicated circuit be installed for the microwave.
I completed the 2nd and last red carpet visit for this unit. The 16x20 filter needs to be replaced asap, Otherwise the unit is operating properly. I do recommend a surge protector for the unit and a UV light to protect the unit from growth.
Changed out all filters on all existing units on roof deck. All systems are working properly. And and all questions feels free to contact us. Tech Brian
I’ve checked all the damper on the system and they are open. I’ve checked the pressures of both compressors. I’ve added Freon to compressor #1.q I’m reading 61*F at the registers. I cannot rule out a bad compressor the compressor #2 sounds like it’s grinding rocks. I’m recommending replacing the compressor
We reset the gfi in the garage. I also recommend separating the garage door from the gfi circuit.
I found that the gfci outside by the fountain is no longer working (possible surge). We replaced the weather resistance gfci and the pump turned on but did not pump any water so I left it unplugged.
We found a tripped gfi that feeds the lights outside the garage.
