After looking over your system I found a loose connection next to the pump. Once I reconnected the wires, the pump came on AC started to cool. This is a water cooled ac system.
We checked for power for the under cabinet light fixture and found that the fixture is faulty. The customer is ordering a replacement part for the fixture.
