Great Service, Arrived early, and completed the job.

Ralphie was thorough in trouble shooting a potential wiring problem. He took the time to explain and demonstrate to me what he was doing and why. In the end, it was a simple install of a lighting fixture. Problem solved!

We were called out to do our 2nd AC maintenance on the 2nd floor unit. During My evaluation of the unit I noticed that freon was severely low. This leads me to believe that unit may have a leak. I will send an estimate to locate the leak. * If the unit requires freon before our next maintenance visit. It is an additional charge for the freon

I was called out to your home for an electrical issue. You explained to me that thethermostat and multiple ceiling fans and lights are not working properly. During my evaluation I determined that the electrical system has a faulty breaker that supply power to the Air conditioner. The ceiling fans are all controlled from the pull chains. We can install remote controls so you wouldn't have to reach for the chain. I also went through the entire system while I had everything already open and did a complete system evaluation and discovered some potential issues and determined that you would benefit from some system improvements due to the age of the system and for the sake of your family’s health, safety and well being in mind. We were called out to the residence because the breaker feeding the AC unit is tripping. I explained to the customer that we also service AC units. He was adamant on using the company he currently under service contract with.
