Clean & Sanitize both air handler units. Remove all refrigerant from system. Pull and clean coils. Pull and clean blower fan. Clean interior of unit with sanitizer. Blow out drain lines and clean out condensate pumps. Reinstall coil and blower fan units. Re-charge refrigerant levels to factory settings.
Remove existing 150-amp main electrical service including original meter can (from 1960), aluminum wiring to FPL and old 150-amp main exterior panel. Update grounding system to current code. Provide whole house surge arrestor. Upgrade wiring to interior panel to 200-amp copper.
