Ralphie came today and did the replacement. I’m not sure it has accomplished a lot, but hopefully it was really necessary and will protect the unit. The front panel doesn’t seem to vibrate as much, but the left side panel continues to vibrate on the unit. Ralphie feels it is just due to the age of the unit, and I have to trust his expertise. I appreciate the professional care of our system by Kings Electric.

We were called out to the house because the upstairs AC unit was leaking water. We decided to offer our Red Carpet Service for this visit. What I found is a clogged drain line and a dirty coil. Our solution for the leaking water is to flush out the drain line. But we still need to clean the coil for your health and the longevity of the system. We completed our second red carpet visit. The unit is working great. The only thing I suggest is to replace the ultraviolet light. Its been 2 hrs and the manufacturer suggest we replace the light every two yrs.

We recommend replacing the ceiling fan and garage door opener because there is a fault.
The Disconnect is melted and a new breaker will not repair it. We need to replace the Disconnect completely.
