We completed our 1st red carpet maintenance visit. I did have to seel some of the seems of the plenum. I also had to adjust the freon.
I came back to the check the unit Two weeks after the installation and I did find a couple of leaks in the plenum. I had to peace in some duct for the return. The freon levels are good. The unit is running great

We were called out to the house to give an estimate on installing a new 2.5ton ac unit. The old unit is in the attic approximately ten feet from the attic entrance
We completed our second red carpet maintenance visit for this year. We have a couple of concerns and solutions. While I was servicing the air handler I noticed that the plenum shows sign of leaking air. This causes excessive moisture and leads to growth. We are recommending we seel the plenum with new tape and mastic. I also notice that the coil needs cleaning also. Cleaning the coil help with the efficiency of the unit and the air quality in the house.

**Warranty **missed a few covers from my previous visit. I installed the 2 covers behind the bed and behind the dresser. I explained the the outlet behind the bed is controlled by the light switch in the room.
