Right from the first call to inquire about installing a new ventilation hood above our range, I felt assured by the warm professionalism which was reinforced at our consultation. The day of installation, after the giant microwave was removed, we found a small ledge from the cabinet protruding into the space where the hood was to go by 1/8 inch. Karl and his staff contacted someone who could shave off this ledge and we were able to proceed. Then, there was a heating duct in the wall that required maneuvering. Last, one of the switches on the hood was blown (defective on receipt) and we were unable to reach the manufacturer, these folks went to the local hardware store to find a workable option. My bill was extremely close to the estimate and much less than expected with these issues. I'm in the market for a house fan in the spring and will definitely contact this company.
