10-12. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Kelly, they have a kitchen faucet on hand that they need installed, they also need the shut off valves and supply lines.

11 - 2. NET 30. Spoke to Albert (main POC). He will not be on-site but will let them know you are coming. This is for Vedic Temple - one of the rooms the ac is not working well. Couple of problems with some of the units not working properly. Big one in the back not working well at all. He said whoever is there will let you know where the issues are/which units. Quoted him $178 for diagnostic, but if there is another unit they want looked at please let them know it will be that additional fee of $99 to diagnose more than 1 unit. They weren't really sure if it was one or multiple, they just know a few rooms are hot.
For 2026 maintenance bring 2 14x24x1” pleaded filters. Also will be time to replace start components and clean evaporator coils.
2 - 4 (REQ). Spoke to Rachel. Homeowner. Has new garbage disposal on hand that she needs replaced. Also, shower has constant leak at shower head, it’s gotten worse over time and is a constant flow now. ALSO, one of her toilets (downstairs toilet) is constantly running. Please create some type of Tag/note for this customer for when they call in a clogged drain. Klaus and sons has been out multiple times for this same drain but there is no actual information in the jobs before today. *****All sink drains are all plumbed through 2 inch stack in kitchen closet area*****
