10 - 12. COD. Spoke to Gary. Wife did laundry, found seepage from washer pipes, stopped doing laundry. Thinks it's coming from the inbound pipes NOT drainage, which Sal was out for before. But wanted to send Sal in case it is related. Also, would like you to look at the master bathroom handle on shower that keeps coming loose and coming off, he's tightened it a few times but it keeps coming loose, not sure if it needs to be replaced. Please check out both issues and provide pricing before performing any work!

1 - 5. COD. Spoke to Richard. Evap coil freezing up and static electricity filter not working. Freezed up turned off and fan started working again, it's had problems before leaking freon, hasn't been serviced in about 2 or 3 years. Age: 20 – 25 years old. Quoted $158 for diagnostic.
