James was diligent and thorough with his work. He did not rush or cut corners to complete his work. He made sure all my requests were resolved in a reasonably timely manner and even remembered to put on the shoe guards everytime he had to walk on my newly cleaned carpet. I didn’t have to ask him if he completed this or that. He made sure those were addressed before calling it the day. He left no mess behind. His work ethic and quality of work is admirable. I highly recommend him and Klaus & Sons for all your plumbing repair needs.
