As a brand-new client, I have to say I appreciated Klaus and Sons staff. From the call to the emergency service center after hours to speaking with the office. The service was performed pleasantly , professionally , and promptly. It seems like at the end of the year, I was having multiple issues going on at my home. It was wonderful to know that they were able to send out a plumber within a couple of hours of my call. Mario was my service person. He was prompt, assessed the problem, and took care of my drain immediately. He also took time with me to answer questions on the next project that I needed to have done in my home. I’m greatly appreciative of your service.

We can’t begin to express our appreciation to James and Wes for their kindness and the care that they showed to our home. We had a main sewer line replaced, which was a big project. They were timely, communicative, and kind every step of the way. We’ve always had great experiences with Klaus & Sons, but James and Wes truly made this experience less stressful. Thanks Gentlemen! ASAP. COD. PLEASE CALL WHEN ON THE WAY Spoke to Beverly. ADD ON MARIO PER JESSE, NOT AN ON-CALL CHARGE. Toilet in bathroom, bubbling up brown stuff back bathroom by bedroom, then brown water was coming out of bottom of toilet, now it's overflowing everywhere in bathroom. (8-12 REQ) COD. Spoke with Tina. They would like to get their furnace looked at as they think it's not shutting off at all. She is unsure of the age of the unit. It is located in a hallway closet upstairs. She was quoted $158 for the diagnostic. Please get approval on any other pricing BEFORE performing any work!
