2-4. Req tech. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Killeen, they need to have their tankless water heater serviced and possibly replace filter.
2-4. Time requested. I spoke to Herlin, they need to have their toilet wax ring re sealed and possibly have their water heater serviced. It is a tank water heater.
(within the hour) Warranty. Spoke with Cora. The faucets that Mario installed last week are loose. She would like to please get them tightened up.
12-2. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Linda, the toilet is leaking from the base and they want to have it fixed.
2-4. Call when in route. Possible warranty. I spoke to Mark, they had a water heater installed by Wes in 2023 and now they're not getting any hot water in their home.

(10-12) Callback. Spoke with Karri, the tub that Mario cleared the drain for on 8/25/25 (still covered under the 30 day warranty given) is now backing up again. There is about an inch of standing water in the tub.
2-4. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Susan, the pilot light went out to water heater and the machine is flashing lights constantly. They're not getting any hot water.
8 - 10. COD. CC on file. Spoke to Alva. She just bought this home and isn't moved in yet so it's empty but you will have access since painters are there etc. so you can go right in. She has an old bathroom, individual handles for shower valve broken and need to get replaced. Please call her at (760) 696-2290 with findings/approval for pricing! She will be by her phone between 8 and 10am. Ask if she would like to charge the card on file after work is completed.
