James was great. Gave us our options to choose from for water heater. No pressure chose to get a new water heater. He went and picked up and installed all within a few hours. He represented Klaus & Sons very well.

Fernando and Evan arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and respectful. They explained what they planned to do. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up thoroughly. I was exceptionally pleased with the entire project and would not hesitate to recommend them and Klaus highly.
When I called Klaus and Sons, Heather answered and was so friendly, courteous and helpful! She listened to my tale of woe about the leak and she scheduled an appointment the next morning. She later checked with me about a minor schedule adjustment with Wes, who did a fantastic job fixing the leak!! I hope I don't have future plumbing issues but when I do, I will call Klaus and hope to speak to Heather!
2-4. I spoke to Emil (310) 739-4899, he is Margos husband. The upstairs shower drips even after it gets shut off and they want it fixed.
3-5. I spoke to Belva, they need an outside water filter to be looked at as it is leaking alot. They had Sal out a few months ago to look at it and he shut it off now it is leaking again but she was worried and did not want to wait for him.
12-2. COD. I spoke to Pauline, they have a leak in the wall when they use the water fountain. Also have a couple of toilets on site that need repair.
10-12. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Vickie, they need their water heater looked at, their unit just stopped working all of a sudden and they can't get it back up and running.
3-5. COD. I spoke to Theresa, they want to get a kitchen jetter done to clear their line.

2-4. Sal requested. I spoke to Soundra, they had a water heater installed by us in 2020 and the unit is not working properly, they are not getting any hot water from the unit at all. Did see there was still warranty on the parts, not the labor.
