Tim came to my home to check on a number of outlets that didn't work for me. He didn't judge me as he monitored the outlets and saw that the tab was not pushed in far enough and, therefore, the juice was not getting to my equipment. Tim was so kind and personable and we had a delightful chat after he finished checking out the outlets by plugging in the Sun Joe I couldn't get to work.
