I do not enjoy four hour appointment windows and I believe that a four hour window could be narrowed to an hour by scheduling routine installations far out enough to accommodate the customer. We all realize that emergency appointments are paramount and that routine appointments could be scheduled within an hour time frame. The cost to customers today is ridiculously high for nearly any and all services rendered by business competitors. A returning customer deserves some credit and items such as trip fees should be rolled over into parts or labor costs and not simply added onto the customers invoice. Speaking of invoices, why are the customer's not given at least a written cost invoice? KMA did that written invoice in the past but everything today is technical and on line.
